We serve Managed Care Organizations, Insurance Companies, Health Care Providers, and Individuals. Unlike other businesses that will only assist in your case after you have been denied benefits, we are advocates who specialize in assisting our clients from the very beginning. As former Social Security Administration employees, we have firsthand knowledge of the disability application process and can help steer our clients’ cases as quickly as possible through the complicated Social Security Administration system. After helping our clients obtain Social Security Disability/Supplemental Security Income benefits our assistance doesn’t stop there, we will continue to help by reviewing Medicare options and, in certain situations, assist with post-entitlement issues.

Patient Support Services USA, LLC (PSS USA) is currently subcontracting managed care contracts from our parent company, Patient Support Service, Inc (PSS). PSS partners with businesses such as Molina Healthcare of WA and Confluence Health to compassionately assist their members who have severe and long lasting medical impairments through the Social Security disability and Supplemental Security Income applications process. Additionally, PSS USA contracts directly with multiple insurance companies to assist clients with their Medicare options.

Meet our Team

Destinee Schuster, Owner/Manager


Destinee founded Patient Support Services USA, LLC in 2013. This was a welcome and exciting new challenge for her after ten years working for the Social Security Administration in Idaho, Washington, and Oregon during which she processed disability claims and served in various management roles. Destinee excels at putting the needs of the disabled individual first, explaining the various programs administered by the Social Security Administration in terms that are easy to understand, and helping her clients through what can feel like an overwhelming task – the Social Security disability and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) applications process. In 2014, she expanded her business and became a licensed health insurance agent. She has contracted with numerous insurance carriers to offer her clients multiple options for Medicare health plan products once they become eligible for Medicare. Destinee holds a Master of Human Resource Training and Development from Idaho State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University. In her spare time, Destinee enjoys traveling with her husband and their two children, and volunteering at her family’s church and her children’s school. Destinee is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Becki Little, Disability Advocate


Eager to make a difference after earning her Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Western Oregon University, Becki spent several years working and volunteering with the homeless, orphaned and mentally ill populations. She was hired by the Social Security Administration and spent 10 years working as a Claims Representative and Technical Expert, taking and processing Social Security Retirement, Disability, Medicare and SSI claims. After a break to start and grow her family, she is thrilled to use her unique skill set and technical knowledge of Social Security processes to assist individuals in navigating the often overwhelming and confusing process of applying for Social Security Disability and SSI benefits. Her job satisfaction comes in presenting the rules and procedures in understandable terms and supporting and advocating on behalf of her clients. She started Disability Benefits Consultancy LLC in 2014 and has worked as a subcontractor for Patient Support Services USA, LLC since 2014.

Debbi Mantzke, Disability Advocate


Debbi started Rainier Patient Support Services in 2015 and has worked as a subcontractor for Patient Support Services USA, LLC since then. She has over 35 years in public service including 11 years in the Healthcare industry working with Medicare and Medicaid billing in addition to 24 years service with the Social Security Administration working with claims and in management. Since retiring from the Social Security Administration in 2013, Debbi delights in spending time with her husband and keeping up with children and grandchildren. Additionally, she enjoys sharing her vast knowledge of Social Security programs in a volunteer capacity donating countless hours to unpaid opportunities through church, veteran's groups and local community organizations. 

Brandon Kenworthy, Assistant Disability Advocate


Brandon has worked for Patient Support Services USA, LLC since 2014. He has a wealth of experience in customer service including having worked for the Social Security Administration and Community Health Association of Spokane. He holds a Bachelor degree in Human Resources from Eastern Washington University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Management at Florida Institute of Technology. Brandon enjoys photography and spending time with his wife and their two children.
