About Us

Our founder and Manager, Destinee Schuster, is a former Social Security Administration employee. We have firsthand knowledge of the disability application process and can help steer our clients’ cases as quickly as possible through the complicated Social Security Administration system. After helping our clients obtain Social Security Disability/Supplemental Security Income benefits our assistance doesn’t stop there, we will continue to help by reviewing Medicare options. For those receiving Social Security Disability benefits who want to try going back to work without losing their Disability benefits too soon, we offer Ticket to Work program assistance through our Employment Network.

Meet our Manager

Destinee Schuster, Owner/Manager

Destinee founded Patient Support Services USA, LLC in 2013. This was a welcome and exciting new challenge for her after ten years working for the Social Security Administration in Idaho, Washington, and Oregon during which she processed disability claims and served in various management roles. Destinee excels at putting the needs of the individual first, explaining the various programs administered by the Social Security Administration in terms that are easy to understand, and helping her clients through what can feel like an overwhelming task – the Social Security disability and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) applications process. In 2014, she expanded her business and became a licensed health insurance agent. She has contracted with numerous insurance carriers to offer her clients multiple options for Medicare health plan products once they become eligible for Medicare. In 2021, she expanded again offering the Ticket to Work and Self Sufficiency program to her Social Security disability clients providing them with the choices, opportunities and support they need to enter the workforce and maintain employment. Destinee holds a Master of Human Resource Training and Development from Idaho State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University. In her spare time, Destinee enjoys traveling with her husband and their two children as well as volunteering at her family’s church and children’s school. Destinee is bilingual in English and Spanish.
