Destinee founded Patient Support Services USA, LLC in 2013. This was a welcome and exciting new challenge for her after ten years working for the Social Security Administration in Idaho, Washington, and Oregon during which she processed disability claims and served in various management roles. Destinee excels at putting the needs of the disabled individual first, explaining the various programs administered by the Social Security Administration in terms that are easy to understand, and helping her clients through what can feel like an overwhelming task – the Social Security disability and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) applications process. In 2014, she expanded her business and became a licensed health insurance agent. She has contracted with numerous insurance carriers to offer her clients multiple options for Medicare health plan products once they become eligible for Medicare. Destinee holds a Master of Human Resource Training and Development from Idaho State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University. In her spare time, Destinee enjoys traveling with her husband and their two children and volunteering at her family’s church and her children’s school. Destinee is bilingual in English and Spanish.
